This policy covers Arrow Pond Estate, LLC ("we", "us"), our websites — including arrowpondestate.com — and the apps we publish, including Pourframe. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell or share your personal information with anyone for advertising.
Our websites
arrowpondestate.com does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine these logs with any other data or use them to identify you.
Our apps
Apps published by Arrow Pond Estate, LLC — including Pourframe, a keepsake wine trip journal for iPhone — are designed to keep your content yours:
- Your journal entries, photos, and notes are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers that receive or store your journal content.
- We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts to use the app.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
- If an app collects diagnostic or crash data, it is the aggregate, non-identifying kind provided by Apple with your consent under your device's analytics settings.
If a future app version changes what data is collected, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy label before the change takes effect.
If you email us at [email protected], we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and maintain our records. We don't add you to any mailing list.
Children
Our websites and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we hold almost none, the fastest path is simply to write to us — we will help with whatever we do hold.
